These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rodeo Entry System application ("the Service") and form a binding contractual agreement between you and Rodeo Entry System ("we", "us", or "our").

Rodeo Entry and Participation

When using the Service to register for rodeo events:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility for events you enter
  • Entry fees are non-refundable except as specifically allowed by the event organizer's policies
  • You agree to abide by all rules set by the rodeo associations and event producers
  • All entries are subject to approval by the event organizers

Payment Terms

When making payments through the Service:

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
  • You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees associated with your entries

Notifications and Communications

By using our Service, you consent to receive communications from us regarding:

  • Registration and entry confirmations
  • Payment receipts and transaction information
  • Updates about events you've entered
  • System notices and updates to our Terms

SMS Text Message Notifications

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS notifications:

  • You expressly consent to receive text messages at the phone number you provided, using automated technology
  • Message frequency varies depending on your notification preferences and account activity
  • Standard message and data rates may apply as provided in your wireless plan
  • We use Twilio as our text message service provider to deliver these communications
  • Text messages may include event reminders, payment confirmations, deadline notifications, and account alerts
  • This consent is not required to purchase any goods or services, and you may opt out at any time
  • To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to any message you receive from us, update your notification preferences in your account settings, or contact us directly
  • For help or support with text messages, text HELP to any message you receive from us or contact customer service

You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
